Message from Nick Gore Re: Varsity Day.
Varsity day (Wednesday 27th February) is fast approaching. I'd like to encourage as many of you as possible to come along, your support on the day would be immensely appreciated by all the teams and apart from that, it is a great day out.
There are matches during the day at Ethos and Harlington followed later by the clash of the Titans (ICSM RFC and ICU RFC) in the JPR Williams Match at Richmond.
Tickets are available online at £10 for the whole day including transport to Harlington, on to Richmond and back after the game. The transport will leave from South Kensington but we will be arranging a pick up from Hammersmith, more info to follow.
If you don't need transport, you can buy a £6.50 ticket for entry to the JPR Williams match only. This ticket costs £7.50 if bought on the gate.
Once you have bought your ticket on-line you must exchange your confirmation email for a ticket at one of the following venues:
- the Union reception, South Kensington Campus, between 10.00 and 17.30 on weekdays
- Hammersmith Gym, Sub-basement of Commonwealth Building, Hammersmith Campus on Mondays from 11.00 to 18.00
- Reynolds Gym, Reynolds Building, Charing Cross Campus on Wednesdays from 10.00 to 17.30
- Reynolds Bar, on the evening of Tuesday 26 February only
- St Mary's Common room (Times TBC)
- Silwood Park Gym, Silwood Park Campus, on Tuesdays from 11.00 to 17.30
You will be able to exchange from Monday 11 February until Tuesday 26 February.
